MEDICA RELATIONS AND PR.

Misión del puesto:

Responsable de liderar estrategias de Relaciones Públicas e influencer Marketing (Medical Advocacy) enfocado en especialistas de la salud y cuidado dermatológico que permitan la consolidación de las marcas, desde la experiencia médica y profesional de un experto en el tema de la piel y pelo.

Experiencia:

  • Uso de herramientas para perfilar influencer como Traackr o similares.
  • Conocer el giro de lujo, belleza, makeup, skincare.Influencer marketing.
  • Trabajar simultáneamente con distintas campañas y/o proyectos.
  • Experiencia en relaciones con key opinion leaders.

Funciones:

  • Recibir briefs, comprender objetivos y desarrollar estrategias integrales de Medical Advocacy que impulsen el posicionamiento y crecimiento de la marcas.
  • "Ser el principal punto de contacto entre la agencia y las marcas y los médicos, desarrollar relaciones sólidas y de confianza con las marcas, entendiendo sus necesidades y objetivos. Coordinar reuniones y status de manera regular con las marcas para revisar el progreso, discutir estrategias y resolver cualquier problema."
  • Identificar, investigar y seleccionar a los Médicos influencers adecuados según los objetivos del cliente y la audiencia objetivo. Establecer, consolidar y mantener relaciones con los Médicos influencers para colaboraciones continuas.
  • Supervisar el progreso de las campañas, proyectos y seedings, asegurándose de que se cumplan los plazos y los resultados esperados. Identificar cualquier problema y tomar medidas correctivas en consecuencia.
  • Planear y ejecutar campañas de Medical Advocacy, desde la conceptualización hasta la medición de resultados. Gestionar el presupuesto, los plazos y los recursos para lograr los objetivos establecidos.
  • Evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas y presentar informes detallados. Realizar análisis de tendencias y hacer recomendaciones y ajustes a las estrategias según sea necesario para mejorar los resultados.
  • Actualización constante sobre las últimas tendencias en RRSS y relaciones públicas. Aplicar el conocimiento adquirido para innovar y mejorar continuamente las estrategias.
  • Dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de ODC y pago a influencers en cada proyecto.
  • Trabajar en la construcción y el mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas con Médicos influencers, asegurando que las colaboraciones sean beneficiosas para ambas partes.

Brindar orientación , apoyo y capacitación a los miembros del equipo,(junior) compartir conocimientos y experiencias para el crecimiento profesional del equipo.
