Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote – Latin America 

Type of Contract: Full-Time (Contractor Agreement)

Salary Range: $2,000 USD/month + Commissions

Language Requirements: English fluency required

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative with a strong background in lead generation and outreach to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity by managing inbound leads, executing outbound campaigns, and supporting pipeline development. Your work will directly impact client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with inbound leads to schedule initial and follow-up meetings

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new opportunities

  • Maintain consistent communication with leads via calls, texts, and emails

  • Update and manage lead activity in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outreach strategies

  • Deliver relevant information and materials to prospects

  • Contribute to the pipeline with high-quality meetings and conversions

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Sales Development or similar role

  • Proven ability to schedule and manage meetings with prospective clients

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience using CRM tools to track and manage sales activity

  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach via multiple channels

  • Self-starter with strong time management and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare or tech industry

  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or SaaS sales

  • Ambition to grow into an Account Executive (AE) role with closing responsibilities
