Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote – Latin America
Type of Contract: Full-Time (Contractor Agreement)
Salary Range: $2,000 USD/month + Commissions
Language Requirements: English fluency required
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative with a strong background in lead generation and outreach to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel activity by managing inbound leads, executing outbound campaigns, and supporting pipeline development. Your work will directly impact client acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with inbound leads to schedule initial and follow-up meetings
Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new opportunities
Maintain consistent communication with leads via calls, texts, and emails
Update and manage lead activity in the CRM system
Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outreach strategies
Deliver relevant information and materials to prospects
Contribute to the pipeline with high-quality meetings and conversions
Must-Have Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a Sales Development or similar role
Proven ability to schedule and manage meetings with prospective clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience using CRM tools to track and manage sales activity
Comfortable with high-volume outreach via multiple channels
Self-starter with strong time management and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare or tech industry
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or SaaS sales
Ambition to grow into an Account Executive (AE) role with closing responsibilities
