We offer solutions to our clients across a wide range of sectors.
We are searching for a Proposal Engineer / Innovation Consultant with a deep business background and with a good grasp of market analysis for our office in Mexico City. The candidate will help American startups and innovative small businesses land federal research grants as well as defense and non-defense R&D contracts. The candidate is responsible for client success, proposal quality, and coordination and will be in direct contact with our American clients.
The daily duties include the coordination, research, and preparation of R&D Proposals, and Business Case Studies of high value adapted to our customers' needs.
This position is highly entrepreneurial, as the candidate will be instrumental in transforming the seed of an idea into a workable concept, with support from Inspiralia's collaborators. Will also have to maintain personal relationships with customers based across the United States. The position has a wide scope and includes functions ranging from concept validation to technical consultancy.
We are interviewing several candidates with the following profiles:
- Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering /Data Science, AI & ML
Chemistry, Physics, or similar.
- Desired: Experience writing technical plans, proposals, R&D plans, technical feasibilities, and commercial business plans
- At least, 2-3 years of experience in Industrial, Technological, or R&D consultancy.
- C2 – Grade A (C2.2) / Native English speaker
- Travel availability is 20% (the USA and eventually Europe).
