Solicitamos: HEAD OF OPERATIONS RENTAL SHORT (REMOTE)

Modalidad: Remota.

Funciones:

  • Gestión de solicitudes en diferentes medios.
  • Coordinación de equipos.
  • Operaciones de la propiedad e incorporación.
  • Gestión y optimización de anuncios.
  • Gestión de gastos y reclamaciones de seguros.
  • Seguimiento a cumplimiento de licencias de propiedades.
  • Sistemas, automatización y mejora continua.
  • Comunicación con propietarios.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 4 años en alquileres vacacionales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de personal.
  • Dominio de plataformas PMS y OTAs (INDISPENSABLE).
  • Disponibilidad de viajar (de manera ocasional).
  • Inglés avanzado conversacional (INDISPENSABLE).

Oferta:

  • Sueldo base mensual de $3,000 a $3,500 USD (con posibilidad de negociar).
  • Bono por cumplimiento de KPIs.

  • Lunes a Viernes (jornada de 9 horas).
