Role Description

The Collections Specialist will efficiently and professionally handle and manage the debt collection process for assigned accounts. Day-to-day tasks include contacting clients to resolve overdue invoices, arranging payment plans, and negotiating terms to recover outstanding balances while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes customer service, ensuring clients are supported throughout the process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mexico City.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication and exceptional Customer Service abilities
  • Understanding of Finance and related processes
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in collections or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills with a professional and empathetic touch
  • Adjusts to changes easily
  • Commute no longer than 70 minutes and full availability
