What you will be doing:

  • Assist with maintaining corporate records (e.g. minute books, board resolutions, power of attorney, etc.) and other legal department records.
  • Track compliance with government regulations (e.g. Chamber of Economy) for various company entities in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain and support contract files, including designated databases, contract storage (physical and digital) or management systems.
  • Assist attorneys (internal and external) in responding to claims, discovery requests and subpoenas by investigating facts, reviewing responsive documents and coordinating production of the documents.
  • Participate of Legal's department on continuous improvement.
  • Support senior attorneys as needed and assist with law department initiatives.
Qualifications

What skills you will need:

  • B2+/C1 proficiency in English
  • Law bachelor's degree
  • Self-driven and proactive profile.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Jr. corporate attorney or corporate attorney. On corporative or Notary's offices
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Familiar with Legal Corporate documents: acts of incorporation, Power of Attorney, Shareholders Meetings, By-laws, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Upbeat, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference in the lives of others
