AIG Distribution teams help to find commercial solutions in different products including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. How you will create an impact

  • Close monitoring of the renewal portfolio (feedback in the estimate file)
  • Follow-up and routing to after-sales service with support from staff areas: UPS, Collections, Issuance
  • Capture new business and renewal requests with quality information in the estimate file
  • Properly analyze the incoming quote requests for new business and renewals serving as a filter to ensure the entry of quality business for the company
  • Teamwork with the broker leader and hunter to maintain and exceed established budgets
  • Taking a proper approach and effective communication of UW appetite and differentiated value proposition during the different meetings with each broker
  • Manage all new and renewal business quote requests and internal follow-up of after-sales services
  • Increase the satisfaction of our clients compared to the previous year (NPS)
  • Ensure effective information management and organization to guarantee accurate follow-up on business requests

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in insurance market any areas    
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and build positive and strong relationships
  • Have a broad sense of ownership of the relationship with clients
  • Team-oriented mindset, collaborating with colleagues (internal and external) to achieve shared goals and drive results
  • Suitability for the roles: technical skills (such as data analysis); soft skills (such as problem solving and coaching); and behaviors (such as team player and proactive)
  • Active listening skills to fully understand client requests and business needs
  • Management skills (organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing and prioritizing information and tasks effectively and timely follow-up; control, planning, execution, ownership)
  • Generate agreements and follow-ups to increase our participation in new business opportunities
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic business environments
  • Domain of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
