ISP HR Analyst Role Profile

Purpose of Role

In this role, you will support the organization by analyzing HR data, optimizing processes, and providing insights that contribute to data-driven decision-making across the employee lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with various HR functions and business units to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness in all HR-related activities.

ISP Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR-related data (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, compensation, engagement) to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Support HR reporting and dashboard creation for internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Monitor key HR metrics and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Assist in performance management cycle coordination and tracking
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives
  • Participate in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
