Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic Business Partner between the Digital & Technology function and the Revenue team.
  • Collaborate with global teams to analyze, adopt, and deploy standard digital solutions.
  • Design scalable, future-proof digital solutions that enable the evolution and optimization of revenue-related business processes.
  • Recommend digital alternatives for process simplification and optimization, benchmarking best practices inside and outside the organization.
  • Develop business cases with a strong emphasis on the value and measurable benefits of the proposed transformations.
  • Manage internal and external development teams, ensuring delivery quality, compliance with security standards, and proactive identification of risks and impacts.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions within the Revenue domain, ensuring continuous improvement and high levels of internal customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related fields, with demonstrable knowledge of Statistics.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology and digital roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of revenue, pricing, and promotion processes.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to make smart, fast decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong focus on problem solving and value delivery.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics solutions, including data exploration and interpretation.
