Senior iOS Software Development Engineer in Test

We're hiring a Senior iOS Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to own high-quality delivery for large-scale iOS apps. You'll write Swift first, build and evolve automation frameworks, and partner closely with developers to design robust contract tests and CI pipelines.
Core Requirements
- Strong Swift coding skills with Xcode and deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests (UI journeys, components, end-to-end).
- Hands‑on with XCUITest and test automation frameworks; able to build reusable testing utilities and libraries.
- Solid understanding of HTTP/TLS/TCP, REST/JSON services, and mobile networking behaviors.
- Experience collaborating with engineers to define PACT contract tests and service interfaces.
- Comfort with CI/CD (Jenkins) and Git‑based workflows; able to gate releases on quality signals.
- Experience testing video playback experiences—working with AVPlayer/AVFoundation, HLS/DASH streaming, DRM, and third‑party video SDKs/analytics (Conviva, Mux); capable of scripting playback scenarios, buffering/error states, and ad‑insertion flows.
- Ability to automate media‑centric UIs (custom players, Picture‑in‑Picture, AirPlay) and validate metrics such as startup time, rebuffer rate, stall recovery, and bitrate switching.
- Strong habits around code reviews, test data strategy, flake reduction, and root‑cause analysis in agile teams.

- Experience with Appium for cross‑platform coverage.
- Background improving test execution speed, parallelization, and reliability at scale.
- Exposure to accessibility testing, performance profiling, and release readiness dashboards.
