Responsabilidades principales:

  • Apoyo en todo lo relacionado a Talent Acquisition
  • Gestionar Requisiciones a través de la herramienta Workday, para asegurar el seguimiento exhaustivo de las solicitudes de los gerentes de contratación hasta su completa resolución.
  • Supervisar la ejecución del proceso de verificación de antecedentes en colaboración con proveedores externos, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas de Mondelēz para la incorporación de nuevos empleados.
  • Realizar un seguimiento proactivo con los candidatos para asegurar la entrega oportuna y correcta de la documentación necesaria para su contratación.
  • Gestionar integralmente la logística de incorporación de los candidatos, desde la solicitud inicial de documentos hasta la coordinación del día de inicio laboral, asegurando una buena experiencia al candidato.
  • Gestionar y procesar la información del candidato con el departamento de nómina, asegurando la correcta inclusión del nuevo empleado en el sistema.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo del proceso de contratación, desde la selección del candidato hasta su incorporación efectiva, garantizando una experiencia fluida y positiva para todas las partes involucradas.
  • Administrar y procesar los movimientos internos de personal en el sistema, asegurando la correcta actualización de la información y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.

Educación:

  • Estudiantes de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afín.

Idioma:

  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado
