Key responsibilities

  • Provide legal advisory and ongoing training to Patrimo's network of independent luxury real estate agents.
  • Draft, review, and oversee real estate contracts and legal instruments, including purchase and sale agreements, powers of attorney, trust agreements (fideicomisos), and notarizations.
  • Manage property regularization processes with administrative, cadastral, and registral authorities across Mexico.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with authorities in real estate, registral, and notarial matters.
  • Implement internal processes for data privacy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Monitor and follow up on procedures before administrative authorities nationwide.
  • Act as a trusted legal partner, offering premium client service aligned with Patrimo's luxury positioning.

Qualifications

  • Law degree, licensed attorney in Mexico.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Public Notary's office or equivalent, specializing in real estate transactions and registry matters.
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury real estate transactions is highly valued.
  • Full-time availability for project assignments.
  • Strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and client trust.
  • Excellence in client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
  • Team-oriented, ambitious, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools (Canva or similar).
  • Based in Mexico City or State of Mexico, with ability to work remotely (home office).
