About the Role
xpd global is seeking a highly driven and strategically minded
Commercial Manager
to lead and grow our commercial operations. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in sales team management, strategic planning, and commercial hunting profile within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
- Lead, develop, and oversee the sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture.
- Monitor sales and profitability KPIs, proposing and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and results-oriented execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams.
- Minimum of 5 years managing sales teams in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or transportation sectors.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
