COMMERCIAL MANAGER

About the Role

xpd global is seeking a highly driven and strategically minded
Commercial Manager
to lead and grow our commercial operations. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in sales team management, strategic planning, and commercial hunting profile within dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
  • Lead, develop, and oversee the sales team, ensuring a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor sales and profitability KPIs, proposing and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Foster strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and results-oriented execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing sales teams in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or transportation sectors.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
