Actividades Principales a desempeñar:

  • Brindar atención personalizada y seguimiento integral a la cartera de clientes.

  • Desarrollar relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales.

-Contribuir al cumplimiento de metas comerciales y de servicio.

-Atender solicitudes y requerimientos de cotizaciones.

  • Verificar documentación de embarques

-Asignación de cotizaciones

  • Seguimiento a cotizaciones por enviar y enviadas

  • Medición y controles de atención al cliente y embarques

  • Servicio post venta

  • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o afín.

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en servicio al cliente/ejecutivo comercial dentro del sector forwarder / logística internacional / comercio exterior

  • Conocimiento básico de logística internacional: incoterms, tipos de transporte, documentos de embarque, procesos aduanales.

  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (lectura y escritura principalmente).

  • Excelente habilidad de negociación, seguimiento y orientación al cliente.

-Habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas.

  • Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y perfil proactivo

Sueldo: $9, $10,500.00 al mes
