Solicita Customer Service

Escolaridad: Titulado, pasante o carrera trunca en Mercadotecnia, Diseño Gráfico, Ing. Industrial, Lic. Administración de Empresas

Horario laborar: lunes a jueves de 08:00 a 17:30 viernes de 07:30 a 15:00 hrs.

Experiencia 3 años como ejecutivo de cuenta, ejecutivo de ventas Jr. de área comercial, dando atención, servicio y seguimiento a cliente en el giro de artes gráficas.

Contar con conocimientos en impresión offset, gran formato, vinilo, lonas, papel, tintas, insumos, procesos de impresión y acabado.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar y prospectar clientes potenciales de empaque.
  • Preparar y llevar a cabo presentaciones de ventas eficaces, adaptando el enfoque según las necesidades del cliente.
  • Coordinarse con el área de cotizaciones para la elaboración y presentación de presupuestos precisos y competitivos.
  • Atención y seguimiento a los clientes de manera clara y efectiva, demostrando conocimiento profundo de los distintos materiales de empaque producidos en la empresa.
  • Negociar y cerrar acuerdos de ventas de empaque, asegurando el cumplimiento del presupuesto anual de ventas.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución y entrega de los pedidos de empaque.
  • Mantener registros detallados de las actividades de ventas de empaque y generar informes periódicos para el Gerente de Ventas.
  • Participar en ferias y eventos del sector del empaque para promover los productos de la empresa.
  • Resolver cualquier problema o inquietud de los clientes durante o después del proceso de venta de manera profesional y oportuna, asegurando su satisfacción continua.
  • Dar seguimiento continuo con los clientes después de la venta para asegurar la entrega y la satisfacción con los productos o servicios.
  • Negociar términos de ventas y descuentos con clientes, buscando siempre optimizar el margen de ganancias de cada transacción.
  • Identificar y proponer mejoras en los procesos de ventas que puedan reducir costos operativos y administrativos.
