Nuestro equipo de Operations es un equipo LATAM, responsable de aumentar la productividad y la eficiencia de toda la estructura comercial que apoya a los mayores vendedores de la plataforma (Lead Generation, Sales Development, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success y Professional Services). Este rol estará enfocado en

Onboarding
, pero es importante conocer el impacto generado en las otras áreas y países. Este rol también podrá expandirse para actuar en otros frentes. El área interactúa con múltiples
stakeholders
y es común trabajar en diferentes
squads
al mismo tiempo.
El tamaño de tu desafío
- Estructurar y optimizar procesos operativos, garantizando eficiencia y escalabilidad;
- Administrar, mantener y evolucionar el CRM (HubSpot), incluyendo la creación de pipelines, workflows, dashboards e integraciones;
- Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a los KPIs de rendimiento mediante Google Sheets, Excel y herramientas de visualización;
- Crear automatizaciones utilizando herramientas no-code como Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, entre otras;
- Trabajar en colaboración con los equipos de CS y Onboarding para garantizar la alineación y la fluidez entre las áreas;
- Garantizar la calidad e integridad de los datos en las herramientas utilizadas;
- Identificar y proponer mejoras continuas en los procesos y sistemas existentes.
Lo que buscamos
- Experiencia en áreas como Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Inteligencia Comercial, Planificación Comercial o similares.
- Experiencia previa con CRM HubSpot;
- Dominio sólido de Google Sheets y Excel, incluyendo el uso de fórmulas avanzadas y automatizaciones;
- Conocimiento práctico en herramientas no-code: Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n;
- Perfil altamente analítico, con excelente atención al detalle y enfoque en la resolución de problemas;
- Facilidad con la tecnología y los sistemas;
- Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborativa con diferentes áreas.
Es un plus
- Conocimiento de portugués.
