Role & Responsibilities:

• As a Print Designer, you'll specialize in designing assets for branding, print, and logo creation.
• You'll collaborate with team of designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors, working to deliver creative solutions.
• Your role will involve combining speed, style, and scalability to produce high-quality assets at a consistent pace.
• You'll be expected to push creative boundaries and go beyond the brief, ensuring designs are innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and functional.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to established guidelines, maintaining consistency across various formats, and delivering pixel-perfect results in every dimension.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in logo, branding, and print design.
• Intermediate English (nice to have)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a solid portfolio showcasing your skills in these areas.
• Excellent organizational skills within Adobe Creative Suite—your files, layers, and folders are always in order.
• Capable of handling smaller tasks independently, while taking on larger projects with minimal supervision.
• A natural ability to create balanced and visually appealing layouts.
• Experience contributing to various stages of the production process, from setting styles and finalizing layouts to adapting formats and handling language versioning.
• Confidence in working as part of a large-scale global project within an international team at Monks.
