Responsibilities

  • Scrum team management and facilitation to ensure on-time service execution and delivery of high-quality software
  • Establishing and managing scrum process (scrum ceremonies, team facilitation, metrics tracking, etc)
  • Establish and manage your agile team ceremonies, supporting multiple Product Design Team Leads to standardize design processes
  • Design and optimize scalable processes that can be institutionalized across distributed design teams
  • Taking part in Project management activities and reporting to senior management
  • Facilitate and support the development process;
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams employing Agile methodologies, including rapid design iteration, prototyping, writing user stories and an expert in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Contribute to establishing, enforcing and improving Software Development policies and procedures to constantly improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 4+ year of proven experience as a team Scrum Master
  • Hands-on knowledge & experience in Agile (Scrum) software development methodologies
  • Understanding of engineering practices including CI/CD, SDLC, Test automation, Gitflow, Code review
  • Proficient in working with multiple Product Design Team Leads to standardize design processes
  • Knowledge of the designing process and optimizing scalable processes that can be institutionalized across distributed design teams
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams employing Agile methodologies, including rapid design iteration, prototyping, writing user stories and an expert in Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to communicate over a number of contacts from client-side and streamlining requests from them into the distributed dev team
  • Advanced English skills
