responsable del monitoreo diario, seguimiento y análisis de los envíos y rutas asignadas a cada uno de los transportistas. Realiza análisis de tiempos, gestión de KPIs, informes de BI directamente al cliente y al equipo interno.
Cómo Será Tu Día a Día
- Programación y seguimiento de recogidas y entregas
- Notificar a los clientes sobre cualquier desviación del programa de ejecución.
- Atender llamadas y correos electrónicos de conductores y clientes, y atender las necesidades de la operación.
- Llamar y obtener actualizaciones de los proveedores de transporte e ingresar información precisa en el sistema de despacho.
- Comunicar cualquier problema con los clientes o proveedores.
- Apoyar a los miembros del equipo de administración de equipos y al personal de operaciones.
- Confirmar la exactitud de la base de datos y generar informes mensuales.
- Confirmar la exactitud de las facturas de reparación y procesarlas de manera oportuna.
- Manejar y completar proyectos, informes y solicitudes ad hoc según sea necesario.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el trabajo que se le asignen.
Lo que necesitarás para sobresalir, como mínimo, necesitarás:
- Título universitario y experiencia laboral equivalente.
- 3-5 años de experiencia en transporte terrestre.
- 100% Dominio del inglés (conversación intermedia - avanzada).
