Position
Air Conditioning Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians specialized in the installation, maintenance and repair of Residential Air Conditioning Systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical queries, performance issues and service requests.
- Ensure that maintenance contracts are fulfilled according to established terms.
- Design and implement service strategies that optimize product performance.
- Implement and monitor KPIs, ensuring that quality, response time and efficiency objectives are meet or exceeded.
- Control the budget assigned to the service area, optimize resources and reduce costs without comprimse quality.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage external services.
Academic Background
Bachelor's degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
Proven experience in Residential Air Conditioning
5+ years of experience in similar positions oriented to Air Conditioning Systems.
