VACANTE 2 Technical Support & Application Development Engineer (ABS/ASA Resins).

CDMX (Plaza Carso)

Descripción General

El ingeniero será responsable de brindar soporte técnico avanzado para resinas ABS/ASA, optimizar procesos de clientes y liderar proyectos de desarrollo de aplicaciones en industrias como Automotriz, Electrónica, Línea Blanca y Bienes de Consumo.

Responsabilidades Principales
Soporte Técnico

  • Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas relacionados con desempeño de resina, maquinaria y calidad.
  • Minimizar tiempos muertos y mantener productividad del cliente.

Optimización de Procesos

  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos de moldeo e implementación de soluciones.
  • Reducir desperdicio y mejorar calidad final del producto.

Atención a Clientes y Proveedores

  • Punto de contacto técnico para clientes y vendors.
  • Manejo de consultas, cumplimiento regulatorio y apoyo en aplicaciones especializadas.

Documentación y Reportes

  • Registrar actividades, resultados de pruebas, cambios de parámetros y agendas de proyectos.

Capacitación

  • Entrenamiento a personal interno/externo sobre resinas y nuevas tecnologías.

Cumplimiento Normativo

  • Asegurar alineación con normativas locales e internacionales.

Responsabilidades Adicionales

  • Liderar proyectos con clientes (pruebas, reuniones técnicas, validaciones).
  • Generar reportes internos para Sales y Customer Solutions.
  • Atender consultas técnicas y apoyar en troubleshooting.
  • Colaborar con equipos de I+D para desarrollar nuevas soluciones.
  • Participar en diseño, pruebas y evaluación de nuevas aplicaciones.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería Química, Industrial, Mecánica, Polímeros o afín.
  • Experiencia en soporte técnico o ingeniería en ambientes industriales.
  • Experiencia con
    moldeo por inyección (indispensable)
    .
  • Conocimiento avanzado de polímeros.
  • Experiencia en documentación regulatoria.
  • Deseable experiencia automotriz.
  • Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo.
