Impulsarás la estandarización y optimización de procesos de negocio en LATAM con Business Central.

Compensación:

¿Qué te hace un candidato ideal?

  • Eres competente en Soporte, Pruebas funcionales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Configuración de sistemas de información, Análisis de negocio.
  • Español - Completamente fluido

Responsabilidades y más:

Responsabilidades principales

* Análisis y diseño funcional: Analizar y mapear procesos de negocio en LATAM (finanzas, compras, ventas, inventarios).

* Traducir requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones funcionales para Business Central.

* Configuración y parametrización: Parametrizar y configurar módulos de Business Central (contabilidad, AR/AP, ventas, compras, inventarios y almacenes).

* Adaptar el sistema a procesos específicos de la empresa.

* Pruebas y capacitación: Definir y ejecutar pruebas funcionales (UAT).

* Elaborar manuales de operación y capacitar usuarios finales en diferentes países de LATAM.

* Soporte y mejora continua: Identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.

* Implementar ajustes funcionales y garantizar un uso eficiente de la herramienta.

* Gestión de usuarios y stakeholders: Administrar usuarios de LATAM, gestionando roles y permisos.

* Actuar como interlocutor entre stakeholders de negocio y equipos técnicos.

* Asegurar la calidad de los entregables y cumplimiento de objetivos de proyectos.

* Estandarización y gobierno de procesos: Promover buenas prácticas de implementación y soporte.

* Contribuir a la estandarización de procesos en las filiales de LATAM.
