Are you up for the challenge?

We are looking for an Sr HRBP to help us deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. As an Sr HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership team to design and implement initiatives related to digital transformation, people strategy, talent management and organizational design, supporting business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement across the organization.

This role is ideal for an agile, analytical and fast-learning who knows how to drive exceptional employee experiences and align HR strategy with business goals.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an sr HRBP, with knowledge of people processes or the development of HR strategies.
  • Proven track record in executing high-impact in corporate HR projects.
  • Experience in international or global companies is a plus.

Skills to Succeed

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High integrity and strong work ethic; able to handle confidential information with discretion.
