The Safety Senior Manager – Regional Manufacturing will be responsible for leading and implementing the regional Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) strategy for a multinational manufacturing organization. This position oversees multiple plants across Latin America, providing both technical and strategic support to ensure safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship.The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong experience driving cultural transformation, managing technical HSE teams, and standardizing safety practices across complex industrial environments. The role requires a strategic mindset with hands -on execution capabilities, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Lean, Kaizen) and sustainability performance.
