The Network Operations Engineer is responsible for proactive monitoring troubleshooting and incident management in a 24x7 network operation environment. This role involves maintaining network documentation coordinating with site technicians OEM vendors and other stakeholders and ensuring network reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

The Network Operations Engineer is responsible for proactive monitoring troubleshooting and incident management in a network operation environment. This role involves maintaining network documentation coordinating with site technicians OEM vendors and other stakeholders and ensuring network reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and detect anomalies.

Respond to alerts and manage incident tickets.

Perform diagnosis and SOPbased issue resolution.

Track and follow up on open tickets.

Maintain network documentation and perform incident trend analysis.

Diagnose and resolve complex network issues.

Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problems.

Respond to security incidents and support during major P1/P2 incidents.

Implement and maintain network configurations patching and vulnerability management.

Coordinate with site technicians OEM vendors and telcos.

Assist during scheduled maintenance and communicate with stakeholders.

Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and architecture.

Create and update SOPs and provide training to L1 technicians.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in network operations.

Knowledge of network hardware including routers switches and wireless devices.

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations with at least 1 year in a lead role.

Strong knowledge of network hardware including routers switches and wireless devices.

Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle complex network issues.

Good communication skills and ability to lead a team.
