Who We Are

At MAS Global Consulting, we are a premium digital engineering partner trusted by some of the world's most innovative companies — from high-growth startups to Fortune 100 enterprises.

We combine agile delivery, technical depth, and a people-first culture to build impactful digital products that drive business transformation. Our teams collaborate across the Americas to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that balance speed, innovation, and craftsmanship.

At MAS, we're not just building software — we're building partnerships that accelerate our clients' success.

Who You Are

You are a strategic and hands-on Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You're passionate about turning vision into reality by translating complex business needs into actionable roadmaps and clear user stories.

You're comfortable working with cross-functional engineering teams (.NET, Angular, and Cloud), guiding priorities, and making informed decisions that balance business value and technical feasibility. You bring clarity, structure, and a collaborative mindset that empowers teams to deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

As a Product Owner at MAS Global Consulting, you will act as the voice of the customer and the bridge between business stakeholders and our engineering teams. You'll drive the product vision, own the backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery that aligns with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more digital initiatives.

  • Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams (.NET, Angular, and Cloud) to align business objectives with technical solutions.

  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing strategic goals, technical dependencies, and customer value.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management with Scrum Masters and technical leads.

  • Act as the decision-maker for scope and priorities during sprint execution, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.

  • Conduct stakeholder demos, UAT sessions, and post-release reviews to validate results and gather feedback.

  • Monitor product performance and adoption, using insights to guide continuous improvement.

  • Foster strong collaboration between design, development, and QA teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis within software development environments.

  • Proven track record working with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).

  • Strong ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams using .NET, Angular, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred).

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills — capable of influencing decisions across business and technical domains.

  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration tools.

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing enterprise-level applications or working in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, finance, healthcare).

  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, analytics tools, or basic SQL.

  • Exposure to UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.

  • Product Owner or Agile certification (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.

This is a hybrid role, 2 - 3 days onsite in Monterrey, Mexico is required.
