About This Opportunity
Lead development and execution of internal and external event projects.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will…

• Plan and oversee activities to ensure events run smoothly and successfully
• Coordinate events and Onboarding courses proposals with third-part suppliers and internal teams
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers in relation to clinical / marketing events, following up on registrations, kit materials and post-event activities (i.e. reports)
• Plan and monitor event budget closely (OPEX and COGs), create and control PRs in the ERP, conduct meetings with FP&A and accounting departments making sure the budget will not exceed the planned. Coordinate projects at tradeshows, launch events and forums, including setting up the infrastructure, liaising with organizers or partners and following up with all pre and post-show activities, including hotel room blocks and sponsor activities
• Work with operations/logistics and Marketing to manage and share information focusing on guarantee all materials arriving in the events in proper time and costs;
• Use chronograms to organize priorities and assure anticipation on activities related to the events/projects under your responsibility
• Coordinate events and creative agency to assure proper communication on events considering all channels (off-line, online, social media, etc)
• Ability to handle frequent meeting and solve problems with Global team and other Latin Countries using English (written and spoken) in daily basis
• Assure kits composition and materials forecasts for the events
• Close work with LatAm events team sharing relevant information to assure full alignment and communication
• Liaise with sales team, create events calendar, invitations, and post-events administrative reports to assure full alignment with sales needs and responsibilities
• Interaction with internal áreas such as: Commops, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Marketing and Sales.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
In this role, you'll need …

• 4 years of experience in events or Marketing coordination
• Organizational, prioritization and project management skills
• Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
• Strong financial coordination skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Project Coordination skills

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication, Turism or equivalent experience
• Advanced English.
