We're looking for an
international operations expert
with experience in
air import and export logistics
, strong
negotiation skills
, and knowledge of
international freight regulations
.
Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Logistics, International Business, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
Languages:
Advanced English %) –
mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Freight Forwarder.
Experience handling
Time-Critical shipments
(preferred).
Experience with
OBC – Hand Carry
shipments.
Coordination of
air import and export shipments
.
Knowledge and application of
Incoterms
.
Experience working with
airlines, carriers, customs brokers, and international clients
.
Understanding of
national and international freight regulations
.
Management and review of documentation:
airway bills, invoices, export declarations, etc.
Flexible availability, with night or weekend shifts if needed.
Your main responsibilities:
Quote and design
customized logistics solutions
for clients.
Coordinate and operate
international shipments
.
Maximize business opportunities
by offering tailored logistics solutions.
Negotiate and manage rates with suppliers.
Maintain communication with
clients and international agents
.
Ensure
compliance with international regulations
.
Oversee
documentation and customs processes
.
Manage solutions and
resolve operational issues
when necessary.
