Buscamos a una persona apasionada por la calidad y la experiencia del consumidor para liderar el programa de investigaciones de quejas de crema dental y asegurar el cumplimiento del Sistema de Calidad. Serás referente en la coordinación de equipos y en la implementación de acciones que garanticen productos seguros y conformes con regulaciones internacionales (FDA, Health Canada, COFEPRIS y Kosher). Tu trabajo conectará datos, personas y procesos para impulsar mejoras continuas y cerrar investigaciones con rigor técnico y a tiempo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y coordinar el programa de quejas de consumidor en cuidado oral, incluyendo la recepción y gestión de muestras devueltas.
  • Administrar recursos y asignar investigaciones; asegurar cierres en 30 días conforme al programa global.
  • Elaborar reportes y análisis de tendencias en ETQ; proponer y coordinar acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Guiar y capacitar a analistas en procedimientos, documentación y mejores prácticas.
  • Coordinar con áreas clave: Consumer Affairs, Farmacovigilancia, Calidad Global y de Países, Ingeniería de Empaque y Operaciones.
  • Participar en auditorías GMP y generar entregables regulatorios (p. ej., Revisión Anual de Producto).
  • Administrar el proceso de NDCs ante FDA, mantener lista maestra y base en Reed Tech.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería: Preferentemente Química Industrial o carrera afín a la Química.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia comprobable en roles similares.
  • Dominio de regulaciones FDA/GMP, NOM-259 y NOM-241; estudios de estabilidad y gestión de quejas.
  • Manejo de SAP.
  • Inglés Avanzado.

Deseable:

  • Conocimiento sólido en sistemas de calidad, análisis estadístico y control de procesos.
  • Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios y proyectos de mejora (CAPA, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Gestión de bases regulatorias (Reed Tech) y procesos NDC ante FDA.
  • Habilidades de coordinación, comunicación y gestión de stakeholders con enfoque a resultados.
