Performance Designer (Landing Pages, Ads, Email)

Mucho is a category leader in "meal replacements" and one of the fastest-growing startups in food. Our flagship product is a high-protein, nutritionally complete meal replacement bar — designed to provide a convenient meal without compromising on taste or nutrition.

We're building a brand that punches way above its weight creatively — and we're looking for a designer who can help us do just that.

The Role:

We're looking for a Digital Designer to lead design workflows across our growth channels — with a particular focus on creating statics ads for social media platforms. Deliverables will include landing pages, paid ads, and email graphics — all built with performance and conversion in mind.

You'll work closely with our growth team to bring briefs to life with bold, social-first, on-brand design. This is a full-time, high-impact role for someone who knows how to move fast and wants to live in between marketing and design.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and/or build landing pages in Replo (for Shopify)
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma
  • Create AI product photos and imagery to simulate realistic shoots
  • Design static ads for Meta, TikTok, and display in multiple sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
  • Produce email graphics and templates for Klaviyo
  • Translate design briefs into mobile-first, conversion-optimized assets
  • Revise creatives based on feedback and performance data

The Ideal Candidate:

You're someone who knows how to design for results, not just aesthetics. You've worked in performance marketing or DTC before, and you can take a rough brief and turn it into something beautiful — fast.

You should have:

  • Experience designing for DTC or ecommerce brands
  • Highly proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
  • Comfort building in Replo (or experience with web design)
  • Must be able to generate AI product photography using AI tools and multi-step workflows
  • Be able to create life-like mockups of product photography & packaging
  • Experience in settings focused on advertising/marketing
  • A strong eye for layout, typography, and conversion principles
  • Great communication and fast turnaround times

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with Klaviyo
  • Experience creating modular or reusable design systems
