Objetivo
Gestionar y asegurar el correcto control administrativo y financiero de los servicios de energía eléctrica para las tiendas SIX, mediante la centralización de negocios, generación de pagos oportunos y seguimiento a proveedores, garantizando el cumplimiento de los convenios establecidos.

Actividades

  • Centralizar y dar de baja negocios SIX para el pago de servicio de luz.
  • Gestionar el trámite de pago mensual a CFE y proveedores de Green Energy conforme a los convenios vigentes.
  • Dar seguimiento a dudas, aclaraciones e incidencias relacionadas con los servicios de energía.
  • Crear y dar seguimiento a reservas de energía y anticipos.
  • Elaborar y mantener actualizado el dashboard de energía.
  • Generar pagos puntuales del servicio de luz a tiendas SIX.
  • Crear activos fijos relacionados con el proceso de inmuebles.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia administrativa.
  • Excelente organización, actitud de servicio y empatía.
  • Buen manejo de Excel.
  • Capacidad para dar seguimiento puntual a procesos y pagos.
  • Enfoque al detalle y cumplimiento de tiempos.
