What We Offer

  • Hourly pay: $7–$10 USD/hour, depending on performance
  • $5 USD per valid appointment
  • Top performers earn $1,500–$2,000+ USD biweekly
  • Spiffs & bonuses: $500+ in a single pay period is common for high performers
  • This is NOT commission-only — your base pay is guaranteed
  • Overtime available at 1.5× (Saturday shifts).

What You'll Do

  • Cold call qualified leads using our advanced dialer
  • Lead conversations with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Follow up and nurture leads through the decision-making process
  • Meet and exceed KPIs to unlock bigger commissions and faster promotions

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of outbound cold calling/appointment setting experience
  • At least 2 years of recent roofing campaign experience (actively working on roofing lead generation or appointment setting campaigns)
  • C1 English — clear, confident, and persuasive on live calls
  • Equipment: Desktop/laptop (8GB+ RAM), USB headset, wired internet (stable, low ping), and working camera
  • (No Chromebooks or Tablets)
  • Location: LATAM
