**About the Role**

We are seeking a **B2B Appointment Setter - Outbound Call Specialist** to connect with small and medium-sized businesses on behalf of **Aflac**, a leader in voluntary employee benefits. This role is **not about selling insurance over the phone** — it’s about making a great first impression, introducing Aflac’s no-cost-to-the-business benefits programs, and **scheduling meetings** for our licensed agents.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Make outbound B2B calls** to business owners, HR managers, and office managers.
- **Introduce Aflac’s voluntary benefits** program and spark interest in a brief meeting.
- **Book appointments** for Aflac representatives using scheduling tools (Calendly provided).
- **Qualify prospects** by gathering basic information (business size, current benefits, language needs).
- **Update CRM records** with call notes, appointments, and follow-ups.
- **Handle light objections** professionally and keep conversations positive.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ✔ **1+ year experience** in outbound calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or related roles (B2B preferred).
- ✔ **Excellent phone skills** - confident, clear, and friendly.
- ✔ **Comfortable overcoming objections** and speaking with decision makers.
- ✔ **Organized & detail-oriented** - able to manage schedules and update CRM accurately.
- ✔ **Resilient & upbeat attitude** - you’re not afraid of rejection and keep dialing.
