Role Purpose

Ensure product availability at the best possible cost and with optimal working capital (WK) investment, using data-driven planning, proactive execution, and continuous improvement in supply processes.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Planning & Inventory Management

  • Manage SWA & AVL to guarantee optimal stock levels and supplier performance.

  • Ensure high Transfers Fill Rate, minimizing stockouts across the network.

  • Monitor and improve DOI (Days of Inventory) to maintain healthy turnover and reduce excess.

  • Track and follow up on delayed open transfers to secure timely stock allocation.

  • Execute weekly and monthly routines for F9 & Transfers planning.

  • Manage ROQ (Reorder Quantity) parameters to ensure replenishment accuracy.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify and implement Logistics & Warehouse efficiencies to reduce costs and improve service levels.

  • Lead Shrinkage control initiatives through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Manage No-Movers & Rotation Control, ensuring optimal product lifecycle and minimizing dead inventory.

  • Build and follow SWA & AVL action plans to strengthen process reliability and service performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop insights and reports to drive decision-making across Supply, Logistics and Commercial teams.

  • Leverage data tools to track KPIs, forecast performance, and ensure end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Replenishment.

  • Experience in grocery retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets.

  • Ideally: SQL, queries, and experience with BI/analytics tools.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
