- Salary: MX$14,000 – MX$18,000 per month (based on experience)
- Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Paid Tax Season Overtime: January–April (Saturdays)
- Bonuses: End-of-season bonuses in April and October

Role Overview (Client Success–First)
The Tax Client Success Manager & Operations Coordinator is responsible for owning the client experience from onboarding through completion.
Your number one responsibility is client success:
- Making sure clients know what to do, what's next, and where they are in the process
- Ensuring client profiles are complete, accurate, and ready for the tax team
- Preventing bottlenecks, confusion, and missed information before they become problems
Administrative work and data entry support this goal — they are not the primary focus.
Core ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Communication (Primary)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients after engagement
- Guide clients through onboarding, organizers, and document uploads
- Proactively check in with clients and follow up on missing items
- Ensure clients understand timelines, next steps, and expectations
- Maintain professional, clear, and reassuring communication via email, portal messages, and phone/video when needed
- Resolve or escalate client concerns quickly and professionally
Client Profile & Data Integrity
- Ensure all client profiles in TaxDome are complete, accurate, and up to date
- Review client submissions for completeness and clarity before prep
- Enter and verify data to reduce errors and rework for the tax team
- Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or potential issues early
Operations & Workflow Support (Secondary)
- Move clients through TaxDome pipelines (Onboarding → Prep → Review → Filed)
- Send engagement letters, organizers, reminders, and secure messages
- Schedule review calls and follow-ups as needed
- Coordinate with the tax preparer/EA/CPA to ensure smooth handoffs
- Support offboarding: return delivery, confirmations, invoices, and feedback requests
- Assist with improving workflows and automations inside TaxDome
Success Metrics (What "Great" Looks Like)
- Clients feel informed, supported, and confident
- Minimal back-and-forth due to missing information
- Clean, complete client profiles before prep begins
- On-time progression through workflows
- Positive client feedback and reduced friction for the tax team
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher; written and spoken)
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with CRMs and client portals (TaxDome or similar)
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
Preferred
- Experience in client success, account management, or operations
- Background in tax, accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Experience improving workflows or automations
