With a long-standing legacy of excellence, our firm is recognized for its commitment to delivering personalized tax and financial solutions. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Tax and Administrative Specialist.

Salary: $1,300 - $1,600 USD (monthly)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants on tax engagements.
  • Oversee income tax planning, projections, and year-end strategies.
  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Provide tax advice, identify savings opportunities, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on tax law changes and communicate impacts as needed.
  • Manage workflow, deadlines, and quality control for all tax projects.
  • Partner with other departments on financial planning, audits, and client work.
  • Ensure timely filings and handle any issues or notices from tax authorities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication.

  • Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Advanced tax planning, compliance, and tax research abilities.Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail when reviewing complex tax returns.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with accounting software, including QuickBooks and other tax preparation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's in Taxation preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, planning, and review.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax research tools.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
  • High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
  • Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

Setting: Fully Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST with a one-hour lunch break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23, $29,170.00 per month
