Objetivo del Puesto
Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de arranque y ejecución en las áreas de ensamble, prueba, empaque y retrabajo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de manufactura aprobados, las especificaciones de calidad y los objetivos de producción, mediante el uso eficiente de los recursos asignados.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Formar, desarrollar y liderar equipos de trabajo enfocados en el cumplimiento de metas de calidad, productividad y seguridad.
- Coordinar recursos humanos y materiales, asegurando el entrenamiento, certificación y desempeño del personal a su cargo.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de calidad, procedimientos internos y estándares del departamento.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con proveedores internos y externos, así como con áreas de soporte.
- Desarrollar y capacitar a líderes de equipo.
- Registrar, dar seguimiento y mantener actualizados los avances de entrenamiento del personal.
- Elaborar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a planes de trabajo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento y entrega oportuna de reportes diarios y reportes gerenciales.
- Participar con la gerencia en el desarrollo e implementación de programas de control interno, sistema de calidad y sistema de producción de E&S.
- Fomentar relaciones laborales positivas y un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad industrial y proporcionar pláticas de seguridad al personal operativo.
- Coordinar y optimizar los tiempos de ejecución de los procesos productivos.
- Administrar la mano de obra: asistencia, ausentismo y tiempo extra conforme a los requerimientos de la línea.
- Participar en el análisis de fallas y defectos de los productos manufacturados.
- Promover e implementar actividades de mejora continua con su equipo de trabajo.
- Utilizar y administrar los sistemas AEGIS e IOS.
- Mantener el área de trabajo conforme a los principios de 5S.
- Controlar y reducir indicadores de Scrap y PPM's.
- Asegurar el uso adecuado de los equipos de producción y reportar anomalías para su mantenimiento.
- Controlar inventarios del área.
- Dar seguimiento y responder acciones correctivas y preventivas relacionadas con su área de responsabilidad.
Autoridad
- Ejecutar paros de línea ante la detección de defectos de calidad.
- Apoyar y dirigir las operaciones de producción durante su turno.
- Conformar equipos de trabajo y convocar juntas para la solución de problemas.
- Coordinar a las áreas técnicas de soporte para la resolución de problemas operativos.
Requisitos Básicos
- Carrera profesional terminada.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar.
- Experiencia en la industria electrónica.
- Experiencia en supervisión de personal.
- Dominio de herramientas computacionales (Word, Excel).
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
- Liderazgo y manejo de conflictos.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- Perfil autodirigido, con iniciativa y alto sentido de responsabilidad.
- Conocimientos de manufactura esbelta.
- Trabajo en equipo y enfoque a resultados.
- Habilidad para la solución de problemas.
- Conocimiento de normas ISO 9000.
- Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura electrónica: SMT, THT y ensamble de PCB.
- Manejo de equipos de prueba y medición (Conformal Coating, ICT, AOI).
- Conocimiento de herramientas de mejora continua (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Disponibilidad para rotar turnos según las necesidades de operación.
- Disponibilidad para tiempo extra cuando se requiera.
Requisitos Deseables
- Experiencia en ambientes de alta mezcla / bajo volumen.
- Conocimiento de Oracle.
- Conocimiento de criterios IPC.
- Experiencia en diagnóstico de fallas de equipos SMT.
- Conocimiento del idioma inglés.
