Dev Ops Engineer para importante empresa desarrolladora de Software en Guadalajara. El empleo puede ser totalmente Home office.

Requisitos:

  • De 3 a 7 años de experiencia en DevOps, SRE o ingeniería de infraestructura, preferiblemente en una empresa de SaaS.
  • Sólida experiencia práctica con los servicios de AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC).
  • Familiaridad con los flujos de trabajo de implementación de frontend y backend (se valorará la experiencia con React y Ruby).
  • Inglés Avanzado

Objetivo del puesto:

Encargado de la infraestructuray herramientas de desarrollo. En este puesto, liderarás iniciativas para optimizar los flujos de trabajo de CI/CD, mejorar la observabilidad y garantizar que nuestros sistemas sean escalables y eficientes.

Actividades diarias:

  • Encargado de nuestros sistemas de CI/CD (Jenkins) y los desarrollarás para mejorar la confiabilidad, la velocidad y la transparencia de los equipos de ingeniería.
  • Colaborar con los desarrolladores (Ruby y React) para diseñar una infraestructura y unos flujos de trabajo que les permitan distribuir más rápido y con confianza.
  • Gestionar y mejorar nuestra infraestructura basada en AWS, centrándote en la seguridad, la escalabilidad y la rentabilidad.
  • Integrar y escalar nuestras suites de pruebas E2E basadas en Playwright en los procesos de CI para detectar regresiones antes.
  • Mejorar la supervisión, las alertas y la observabilidad utilizando Sentry, Kibana y las herramientas de AWS para reducir el tiempo de detección y resolución.
  • Trabajar con el equipo de datos para respaldar la confiabilidad y el rendimiento de Redshift, y automatizar las tareas operativas relacionadas.

Sueldo:

Negociable dependiendo experiencia, trabajo por honorarios.

Horario:

40 horas semanales

Lugar de trabajo:

La oficina matriz está en Chicago, en Guadalajara se cuentan con oficinas, pero el trabajo es totalmente Home Office.
