The DevOps Specialist is the senior technical authority responsible for the design, governance, and continuous evolution of DevOps practices and platform architecture across the project.

This role provides technical leadership, defines standards, and ensures scalability, resilience, security, and observability across the DevOps ecosystem.

What will your job look like?
  • Define and govern CI/CD architecture and standards using:
    • Jenkins
    • GitHub
    • Bitbucket
    • Nexus
  • Design and lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy using Terraform
  • Architect and standardize automation frameworks with Ansible
  • Design, optimize, and govern Kubernetes platforms (HA, scalability, performance)
  • Define and maintain Helm chart standards and deployment strategies
  • Architect end-to-end observability solutions using:
    • Grafana
    • Telemetry
    • Elasticsearch
  • Ensure proper DevOps integration of Spring-based applications
  • Define operational strategies for:
    • PostgreSQL
    • Elasticsearch
    • Couchbase
    • Hadoop
  • Lead critical incident analysis and complex root cause investigations
  • Establish DevSecOps and reliability best practices
  • Mentor and technically guide DevOps Engineers
  • Drive cloud architecture decisions in AWS or OCI

Required Technical Expertise

  • Deep expertise in:
    • Kubernetes and Helm
    • Terraform
    • Jenkins
  • Advanced experience with:
    • Ansible
    • GitHub / Bitbucket
    • Nexus
  • Strong background in:
    • Observability and monitoring platforms
    • Distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
  • Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and security principles
  • Proven experience designing solutions in AWS or OCI

Experience & Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles
  • Proven technical leadership and architectural ownership
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to influence technical direction across teams

Nice to Have

  • Advanced certifications:
    • Kubernetes (CKA / CKAD)
    • AWS or OCI Professional
  • Experience in mission-critical, high-availability environments
  • DevSecOps expertise
