This role is for someone who doesn't chase likes — they create opportunities.

At Julius, we're looking for a Top-Performing Social Selling & Growth professional who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and is obsessed with opening real, honest, high-value business conversations through LinkedIn and other social channels.

This is not a content role.

This is not community management.

This is a revenue-driven, pipeline-building growth role with full ownership and impact.

If you love testing, iterating, owning numbers, and seeing your work directly turn into booked meetings and new revenue — this role is built for you.

What You'll Do
  • Design and execute outbound social selling strategies that open real business opportunities.

  • Proactively prospect and engage qualified leads on LinkedIn and beyond.

  • Start meaningful, value-driven conversations with decision-makers (founders, C-level, team leaders).

  • Qualify leads and book high-quality sales meetings.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to sharpen hooks, messaging, and timing.

  • Track, analyze, and optimize performance (reply rates, meetings booked, opportunities created).

  • Constantly test and iterate: copy, sequences, formats, CTAs, and timing.

  • Build long-term relationships — not just short-term pitches.

Who You Are

You are someone who:

  • Has 4+ years of experience in social selling, SDR/BDR, or growth roles.

  • Has sold B2B services or complex solutions.

  • Can prove they've generated business opportunities — not just engagement.

  • Has a true startup mindset: autonomous, fast, curious, experimental.

  • Writes conversational copy that opens doors (not scares prospects away).

  • Is highly metric-driven, accountable, and motivated by clear goals.

  • Speaks and writes excellent English.

  • Is culturally aligned with Julius's values and ways of working.

Bonus: Experience in marketing and/or IT environments.
