Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional communicator to join our team as our recruiter for owner operators. This role is heavily phone and conversation based. You will be responsible for speaking directly with owner operators, explaining our lanes, and guiding qualified operators through the recruitment and onboarding process.

This role requires very strong communication skills. If you are not confident leading conversations, handling objections, and clearly explaining details, this position will not be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and engage Owner Operators through calls, texts, emails, and messaging apps

- Conduct professional, structured screening conversations

- Clearly explain GH Logistics' lanes, pay structure, and expectations

- Build trust and rapport with drivers quickly

- Handle questions and objections with confidence and clarity

- Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently

- Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams

Communication Requirements (Critical)

- Speak clear, confident, professional English

- Be comfortable making and receiving high-volume phone calls

- Lead conversations instead of waiting for direction

- Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and authority

- Write clear, well-structured messages and emails

- Strong communication is non-negotiable.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in recruiting, trucking, dispatch, carrier sales, or logistics

- Familiarity with owner operator operations is a strong advantage

- Sales or high-volume calling experience is a plus

- Strong organizational and follow up skills

- Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14, $19,000.00 per month
