Buscamos talento para el puesto de:

Supervisor de Producción.

Requisitos:

· Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico o afín concluida.

· Experiencia de 3 a 5 años.

· Experiencia en manejo de personal (grupos de 50 a 120 personas aprox).

· Experiencia en procesos de maquila y ensamble.

· Disponibilidad de Horario.

· Manejo de Office.

· Importante radicar en Nuevo León

Funciones principales:

· Responsable de la coordinación y ejecución de los planes de producción y el aseguramiento de la productividad entre los turnos.

· Controlar la organización de la línea, así como mantener el desempeño de la misma vigilando indicadores o métricos definidos.

· Cumplir y exceder las expectativas del cliente en calidad y tiempo de entrega.

· Asegurar que los métricos del área de cumplan.

· Administrar eficientemente la mano de obra disponible, así como los recursos materiales y equipo dentro de su área asignada.

· Brindar atención y soluciones consistentes a las líneas de producción.
