Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes and ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and business teams. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex programs and contribute to the growth and innovation of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and resolve issues on large-scale programs with integrated digital components
• Lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects and programs
• Manage the release process to maintain high quality standards for solutions delivered by EPAM teams
• Select and implement appropriate delivery methodologies for project execution
• Define technology solutions to address client business challenges
• Manage personal and team performance against KPIs related to delivery, business health, people development, and technology expertise
• Establish project and program governance tailored to specific client environments
• Continue to develop technology skills and guide decision-making for key technology choices
• Act as a delivery and technology partner for EPAM customers, aligning client vision with EPAM capabilities and facilitating successful execution
• Promote best engineering practices to drive ongoing improvements in quality and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent advanced certification and experience
• At least 5 years of experience in delivery management or related roles
• Minimum 2 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator positions
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of five or more members
• Experience participating in at least two full-cycle projects or multiple projects covering different development phases
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end software solutions in complex distributed environments
• Strong background and recent hands-on experience in software delivery management and solution architecture
• Demonstrated experience working with complex digital systems and components
• Experience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders, including VP and above
• Advanced project or program management skills in highly technical settings
• Thorough understanding of planning, resourcing, and delivering large-scale technical projects
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience executing modernization or re-platforming programs for large-scale solutions
• Understanding of digital transformation and the challenges of implementing it in legacy environments
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design
• Experience building solutions from the ground up
• Background in delivering cloud-ready solutions on GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience implementing microservice architectures
• Knowledge of data-intensive solutions and integration architecture
