RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end complex solutions along with the clients we serve
- Deliver a solution within time and budget managing scope of team composition, technological stack, architecture, and requirements of the solution
- Manage distributed teams across different locations and with different cultural backgrounds
- Lead the discussions between Business and Technical Teams from both EPAM and client to achieve results and clearly define expectations
- Execute and manage all tasks governing entire project life-cycle, including architecture definition, efforts estimation, delivery process definition and establishment, project and deliverables planning for both development efforts and support of live systems

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 5+ years in leadership positions, such as Solution/Enterprise Architect or Delivery/Program Manager
- Proficiency in consulting clients on cloud methodology and delivery plans
- Experience in designing and implementing large distributed, scalable, and reliable solutions on public cloud platforms
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities, directly communicating with clients and acting as a consultant
- Proficient in translating architecture into detailed implementation plans for public cloud deployments
