Who We're Looking For
We're hiring motivated bilingual professionals who can:
- Manage inbound calls and assist U.S. insurance customers
- Communicate clearly in English (neutral accent required)
- Multitask confidently across insurance tools & applications
- Transfer calls to licensed agents when needed
- Work as a team-player with U.S.-based leadership
- Bring energy, friendliness, and a "can‑do" attitude every day
Role Requirements
- College degree or 3 years' experience (BPO, customer service, or insurance preferred)
- Strong English communication (spoken & written)
- Stable high-speed internet (20 Mbps+) with backup
- Reliable electricity & personal mobile phone
- Private, quiet home workspace
- Must live in Monterrey, N.L.
- Available for immediate hire
- Willing to attend 2–4 weeks of paid training and pick up equipment in Monterrey
What You'll Get
- Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday–Friday — weekends off
- Competitive monthly pay: $17,350–$17,860 MXN (before taxes, with bonus eligibility)
