Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico The LATAM Growth Partner will lead initiatives to drive growth and market expansion across Latin America. Responsibilities include developing strategies for community engagement, identifying sales opportunities, driving partnerships, and coordinating outreach efforts. The role requires collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders
  • Expertise in Growth Hacking and Sales strategies to accelerate market expansion
  • Proficient in Project Management for effective planning and execution of growth initiatives
  • Prior experience working with Latin American markets
  • Adaptability and cultural awareness are highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Ideal Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    B2B business development
    (preferably in SaaS or tech startups), with strong interest in
    AI, technology, community building, and leadership
    .
  • Hunter mindset
    — driven, commercially energetic, curious, and passionate about creating and nurturing business opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and trust-building skills within the tech ecosystem.
  • Ability to plan and execute
