El supervisor de producción se enfoca en lograr los objetivos del departamento a través de la planeación, organización, dirección y control de los recursos a su cargo. Ejecuta efectivamente el plan de producción para cumplir los diferentes métricos (productividad, seguridad, calidad, desperdicios, etc.) de su departamento y crea un ambiente de trabajo saludable en su equipo.

  • Oversee production to maximize plant efficiencies.

  • Ensure that quality standards are being maintained in regard to product and customer service.

  • Support quality and process improvement by providing sound management practices, coaching, counseling, and regular  performance feedback.

  • Ensure that associates perform their jobs consistent with applicable environmental and safety regulations within acceptable  standards, and in compliance with published rules of conduct.

  • Complete accurate and timely production reporting to provide good performance information.

  • Facilitate continuous improvement teams and projects, promoting an engaged associate environment.

  • Must be flexible to work off hours as necessary.
