En Lentes Galileo ( Ben and Frank y bombavista) buscamos a nuestrx siguiente casimiro specialist en marketing digital para sumarse al equipo y llevar nuestro Paid Media al siguiente nivel.

Tu misión como Paid Media Associate, será ser responsable de diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de publicidad en múltiples plataformas, liderando iniciativas que impulsen el crecimiento de nuestras marcas.

¿Que necesitas?

  • Al menos 3-4 años de experiencia en paid media de e-commerce/retail idealmente.
  • Expertise en Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok o Google Analytics; si tienes certificaciones super
  • Habilidades básicas en SQL y dominio avanzado de Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Experiencia comprobada gestionando y optimizando campañas a gran escala.
  • Experiencia liderando y desarrollando miembros del equipo.
  • Capacidades de integración de datos entre plataformas.
  • Manejo de Tableau o herramientas BI similares.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Estrategia y Ejecución: Diseñar e implementar estrategias de paid media en Meta, Google y TikTok para impulsar la adquisición de clientes.
  • Optimización de Performance: Analizar continuamente el rendimiento de campañas, identificando oportunidades para mejorar ROAs y manteniendo un CAC eficiente. Siempre experimentando para aprender y volver a iterar.
  • Análisis de Datos: Transformar datos complejos en insights accionables usando SQL, Sheets y herramientas de visualización como Tableau.
  • Gestión de Presupuesto: Asegurar la asignación costo-eficiente de presupuestos significativos de medios.
  • Liderazgo de Equipo: Mentoría y desarrollo de tu reporte directo, fomentando su crecimiento profesional.
  • Innovación: Mantenerse al día con tendencias de paid media, probar nuevos canales y traer ideas frescas de adquisición.
  • Colaboración Cross-funcional: Trabajar con equipos de marketing y otras áreas para lograr los objetivos del negocio.
