Job Description:

The Alliance Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Expert  will be responsible for supporting the operational elements around the Alliance  MDF Program. You will own the execution around the management of the Top Alliance partners' MDF activity documentation, reimbursement and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the MDF operational bridge between HPE and Alliance Vendor

• Support the Marketing and Sales teams with the management of the MDF process for Top Alliance partners.

• Work with Key HPE stakeholder to establish a MDF Strategic Investment plan, to achieve the optimal use of the available funds

• Work with te Alliance partners to get the investment plan approval and secure MDF for the period, documenting the plan in the partner MDF tool.

• Monitor progress of activities and manage the process through reimbursement of funds and closure

• MDF risk management to ensure 100% of funds utilization

• Work with Sales and Marketing to secure Proof of Purchase (POP) to support reimbursement

• Manage internal expense reimbursement process for MDF relatede activities

• Cadenced and ad-hoc reporting on important components within Alliance MDF program

• Measure performance tracking record to apply for next round of funds

SKills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel/Pivot tables experience

• Excellent written/oral communications

• Advance English Level

• 5+ years in operational areas or project management experience.

• Must be detail-oriented, have a proactive approach

• Strong interpersonal and project management skills; ability to manage virtual teams.

• Must be able to effectively manage multiple dependency projects against critical deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including the ability to research and simplify complex situations

• Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence/ drive consensus.

• Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.

• Self-motivated, strong work ethics and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong planning skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Marketing Knowledge, oriented to manage Marketing Programs and performance Measurement

• Budget Management Skills

• Tech Industry experience

• Process improvement/ Process quality experience
