· Experience working in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, including experience with international organizations and direct work with at-risk youth in Mexico.

· High level of independence and accountability, with the ability to manage responsibilities while coordinating with remote teams.

· Results-oriented approach, capable of managing work based on program goals, indicators, and timelines, with minimal supervision.

· Excellent program coordination and team leadership skills, combined with keen attention to detail, organization, and prioritization.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

· Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

· Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google G-Suite, and learning management systems (LMSs). Strong knowledge and practical experience using Microsoft Excel is required.
